Davis Homes was founded in 1996 by Terry Davis, a local home builder with over 20 years of experience. Born and raised in Rutherford County, Terry began building homes after graduating high school, working for a Charlotte area home builder.

He was soon promoted to Senior Vice-President where he was responsible for purchasing materials, estimating, budgeting, hiring employees and subcontractors, customer walk-thrus, and warranty policies. All of this experience has given Terry extensive knowledge of the home building process from start to finish, ensuring unparalleled quality for each Davis Homes buyer.
